Dontez earned a football scholarship to the University of Wisconsin and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in History. After returning to Cleveland, Dontez played professional football with the Cleveland Browns.  After his career with the Browns, Dontez started his first Real Estate Investment Company. Dontez has managed over 1,000 units in Cleveland, Akron, and the surrounding areas. While operating and controlling several profitable Real Estate Investment Companies of his own, Dontez coaches varsity football at Villa Angela – Saint Joseph, youth football and youth AAU basketball. While mastering the area, Dontez has sold over 100 units worth over 2.5 million dollars, he currently owns and operates over 100 apartments, single family, condo’s, and two-family houses.
