Our Project Achievement
DS Group purchased The Sands for $195,000. This was a 16-unit building that sold for over $1,000,000 in 2023. Our investor received a lump equity payout of $400,000 when the building sold. While holding & rehabbing the property, the investor also cash flowed 6% interest on their investment each year.
How Property was acquired
For The Sands, we hired real estate brokers to help find us C-class buildings that were either mismanaged, vacant, or needed a lot of TLC. We got frustrated with the slow process and decided to take control ourselves. We knocked on every door in the area trying to find that one owner that didn’t know they wanted to sell! This property was off-market.
