Our Story

We began fresh out of college, ever since graduating in 2006. Ambitious and ready to learn, our founder began managing multiple residential properties for his brother’s real estate company. After years of working side by side with investors, we decided to invest ourselves. We currently own and operate over 100 apartments, single-family homes, condos, and two-family homes.

We have managed over 1,000 units throughout Northeast Ohio. While mastering the area, we have sold over 100 units, worth more than $2.5 million dollars. We currently own and operate over 100 apartments, single-family homes, and condos.

We have since focused our sights on redevelopment opportunities. Our niche is historical projects that qualify for tax credits. We are working closely with advisors and the Cleveland Development Advisors EDI Initiative (www.clevelanddevelopmentadvisors.com/edi/) .

Our founder, Dontez Sanders, graduated from the University of Wisconsin in 2006. He currently coaches varsity football at Villa Angela – St. Joseph, youth football, and youth AAU basketball. Dontez currently a member of NAIOP, the commercial real estate development association, and a member of the CLE EDI cohort.
