I’m a commercial multifamily specialist focused on helping owners and investors acquire, scale, and optimize apartment, mixed-use, and shopping plaza portfolios through data-driven strategy and disciplined execution.
My foundation was built at the University of Wisconsin, where I earned a Division 1 football scholarship. Competing at that level shaped my approach to business: preparation, accountability, and performance under pressure. Since graduating, I’ve continued that commitment to leadership as a varsity football coach alongside Jeff Rotsky currently at VASJ, mentoring young athletes and building high-performance cultures.
In real estate, I’ve managed over 500 apartment units and have personally bought and sold three value-add multifamily properties. One of those projects was structured as a syndication, where I led investors through acquisition, renovation, stabilization, and exit. These experiences have given me firsthand insight into underwriting, asset management, capital strategy, and investor relations.
I recently earned my commercial real estate license to expand my platform and better serve investors looking for strong multifamily opportunities. My goal is simple: help clients build long-term wealth through disciplined acquisitions and strategic portfolio growth.
