All of these buildings were value-added projects. Our process is to rehab each unit and increase rents, which in turn increases the value of the building. We strategically rehabbed these properties using the cash flow from the rents. DS Group is responsible for managing all of our investments internally.
We are currently looking for mixed-use opportunities for redevelopment. We are currently in the process of purchasing an industrial property (over 124,000 square feet) and redeveloping it into a mixed-use building.
